Shop Policies

Please read and make sure you agree with shop policies before ordering.

1. Payment

1.1. You can pay by PayPal or via bank wire transfer. We’re working for additional payments methods.

1.2. We will send you an invoice and electronic bill (according to Czech laws and Czech Tax Administration recommendations) to your e-mail.

1.3. Checkout currency is always US dollar.

1.4. If you pay via bank wire transfer we don’t reserve items for your order. So we can’t guarantee that we will have all items for your order. In this case we will send you coupon for out of stocked items. We don’t send refunds to bank accounts back due to our bank fees.

1.5. In case of bank wire transfer we start to process your order after payment arriving only. Sorry, but we don’t accept any bank statements as a proof of payment.

1.6. VAT exemption for business buyers is not possible due to nature of online sales. We are reponsible for VAT payments to our tax office, but unfortunately we can’t check accurately your business details and identity online. VAT exemption is possible in case of offline sale in our office only. In this case you should have ID, business registration document, power of attorney (if you aren’t director or sole proprietorship). However, for EU-based buyers we offer special automatic discount  – so EU buyer has the same final price as US buyer.

2. Shipping

2.1. Shipping costs are $4 per order (flat rate) for regular priority letter (non guaranteed delivery time 5-30 days) and $18 per order (flat rate) for expedited express shipping (guaranteed delivery time 2-5 days).

2.2. Items location: Prague, Czech Republic.

2.3. We ship all parcels worldwide during 1-2 working days.

2.4. Please note, we usually ship via registered mail. Signature will be required. Unfortunately it’s only one way how we can send you parcel from Czech Republic with insurance and tracking information. If you won’t be at home, the postman cannot leave insured parcel in the front of your house / garage etc. In this case he will leave a notice and you can reschedule delivery or pickup your parcel at your post office. You unconditionally agree with this delivery method and this can not be the reason for canceling the order. Exceptions may apply to this rule – small parcels for selected destinations can be sent by a regular priority letter without tracking and signature requirement.

2.5. APPROXIMATE Delivery time to USA – 5-9 calendar days via Priority AVIA post (with tracking number). APPROXIMATE Delivery time to Europe – 3-7 calendar days via Priority AVIA post (with tracking number). Other countries – delivery can vary. Please note, we don’t guarantee delivery time. It’s declared by our post office as approximated time, but it isn’t obligatory. Sometimes parcel can be delayed by our or your post office and delivery time can be up to 30 days (or up to 60 days if your order has been sent in November or December). You agree with that and it won’t be a reason for order cancellation or refund.

2.6. VERY IMPORTANT! In case of parcel damage don’t accept it and don’t sign the Proof of Delivery.

2.7. Please note, as buyer you’re responsible for parcel receiving. It means you should do additional actions if they will need – for example, go to post office or send documents to your customs office etc. If you don’t receive the parcel due to inactivity – it’s your fault, not ours. We will send you partial refund for unclaimed parcel as soon as we will receive it back (except all additional costs – shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, warehouse fees etc). In some situations we can’t return parcel back due to high return shipping costs – in this case we will order parcel destroying instead of returning and we won’t send any refund.

3. Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

3.1. Please always write right shipping address! If the item is not delivered because of wrong shipping address – the order won’t be refunded. All orders that are claimed as undelivered after 6 months will be not found by post office or refunded – it is the law of post office.

3.2. If the order is lost, found and sent back to sender it can be sent back to buyer after the payment of return shipping costs. Or we can issue refund to your PayPal account for the items without shipping and we cancel the order.

3.3. If you fail to receive items in time from your post office and they are sent back to sender, we can send items back after the payment of return shipping costs. Or we can issue refund to your PayPal account for the items without shipping and we cancel the order. Unfortunately, we don’t receive money back from post office. Thank you for understanding.

3.4. If you want to return items, please do it within 14 days after delivery. Items should be sent in unbroken condition, with original packaging at your own expense. After receiving the package we will issue refund to your PayPal account except shipping costs. Unfortunately, we don’t receive money back from post office. Thank you for understanding.

3.5. In case of any our fault we will send additional parcel to you in our own expense.

3.6. Please note, that after 60 days of transaction PayPal fees are non-refundable!

3.7. If you feel that parcel is lost, please contact us within max. 6 months after the parcel was sent. We will write a reclamation letter to the post office. After it eather you will finally get your parcel or we will get it back and issue your refund or send it again. Please note, that all orders that are claimed as undelivered after 6 months will be not found by post office or refunded – it is the law of post office.

3.8. In case of damage please send us clear photos of damaged items and we will issue refund for the damaged items or include additional items to your new order.

3.9. Please note! Slight deviations in items color shades are unavoidable due to technological processes and/or color differences for different cameras & monitors. Also please note, we take all photos in very good sun light. In low light (indoor for example) their color can too much vary. It isn’t defect, you agree with that. If you won’t like items due to color differences, you can return them, but at your own expense.

4. Marketing & Promo

4.1. Please note, after ordering we will send you invitation to our newsletter. You can confirm subscribing or simply ignore this message (you won’t receive any newsletters in this case). You agree with that.

4.2. Please note, any sales or promo actions don’t have retroaction.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1. Privacy policy is published here.

6. Additionally

6.1. We never send paper invoice with the parcel. We send invoices electronically only. Due to packaging process optimization we can’t do any exception to this rule. Also due to this we can’t do some additional custom actions with your parcel or items (additional marking etc).

6.2. You can’t combine and apply more that one coupon and/or discount simultaneously.
